Mission

• Considered among the strategic levers of the University, Human Resources Directorate of the UEMF plays a major role in advising and accompanying the development of the University and the skills and careers of staff. As a result, its mission includes:
• Ensuring the recruitment of qualified staff to support the University's evolution; 
• Working to motivate and engage employees;
• Ensuring the development and mobilization of skills in line with the University's development strategy;
• Ensuring compliance with labour regulations;
• Ensuring social dialogue at all levels of the University;
• Participate in internal communication within the University;
• Assisting the Administrative and Financial Directorate in payroll preparation;
