Valuation of massive transport data
Valuation of massive transport data
Transportation applications generate phenomenal amounts of data day after day. The analysis of these massive transport data (Big Data), which has its own characteristics, including the integration of spatial and temporal dimensions, requires specific methods of processing, analysis, modeling, data excavation and forecasting. In this project, the PhD student will be called upon to develop tools and methods for valuing data based on data science and machine learning. The project involves both the development of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and finally database design.
Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Data Mining, Big Data, Programming
The candidate must demonstrate skills in the following areas:
Machine Learning
Data Mining
Combinatory optimization
Knowledge of "Big Data" tools (Spark, Drill, etc.)
Python Programming
Applicants must have an Engineering degree or master's degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science or other relevant fields.
