The current situation in certain poor countries or countries in the grip of conflicts of all kinds highlights a reflection carried out almost 20 years ago by Professor Jacques Forster, then vice-president of the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross) , which we propose to transcribe in the light of the global health crisis caused by SARS-CoV-2.
