Under the supervision of the Vice-President in charge of Academic and Cultural Affairs, the Directorate of Academic Affairs takes charge of the following tasks:

• managing students' education
• educational services and materials for teachers;
• administrative management of student files;
• Coordination of new programmes in initial and continuing education;
• Follow-up of students’ attendance;
• Communication between the University and the Ministry in charge of Higher Education and Scientific Research;

    
management of teaching programs;
management of the teaching and teacher evaluation process;
management of the teaching calendar, rooms and logistics;
coordination and pooling of human and material resources;
unification of educational standards;
documentation and reception service for new students;
registration & preparation of school documents for students;
communication and recruitment of students;
management of documents and the library;
management of scholarships.
